If need be through their own relationships, a strong incentive Africans, who they have sex with caution. If it through the tribal system of hunting, I see it, but I do not think much of Africa still in the small villages, hunting and agriculture, dependent as foreign aid and trade.

The biggest problem in Africa that people with HIV believe that if sex with a virgin will cure, dass This led to the erroneous belief in a high rate of rapes of young people and the spread of HIV.
Education is the key to preventing the spread of HIV.
Africa is a Third World country. I think it was a great spread of HIV / AIDS, mainly because of lack of knowledge, namely, contraception and protection. Really do not know, that stuff. Moreover, Africa is dirty everywhere, including their basic need - water.
