Maryland Lease Agreement Need Help With Apartment Situation?

Need help with apartment situation? - maryland lease agreement

I went to Maryland in January 2009. I signed a lease 17th January 2009. The lease should be 12 months. I checked my rent by 60 days before and said he had been kept in the apartment until the end of January 2010. Is it fair to January 17, 2010? That's almost 2 weeks. Is it against the law? Yes, I know that the signing of the lease, but I realized only later. I will complain about the management call. And if that puts me somewhere? HELP!

Leases are usually for a full month, regardless of when they signed the lease. The month he took that were evaluated, but you're too late. Your contract should the expiration date on them.

You wonder if you had to pay the rent this month? Or ask yourself if you need to be physically? You can leave your luggage and if you want. But if you agreed to pay this month, you pay rent, no matter how long they are there. You can calculate the income this month, so do not produce you there for a few weeks. However, there is no law that requires them to.
