How long does it take for vision insurance claim to go through? - davis vision claim form
At the moment I have vision insurance through work. I had only a few months (I started) and now the annual registration fee is near. I wish my eyes checked and new glasses, then drag the insurance and it only refers to the service every 2 years.
I could only get an appointment to come in early December, and my insurance options into force on 1 January 2010. Is that enough time for everything to be careful, I have lost more because I pay my insurance? Or, as I borrowed when I is true in insurance coverage, whatever?

Your insurance must cover all services that occur if you are covered. If you are up to 31 Come December, and the notification date, as long as the office of Dr. is the demand that will be covered that day. So, ask your dr. to ensure that the date of your request on the day of receipt of the services (I think that should do it legally anyway.)
